I’m a 20-something year old with a passion for healthy living and everything in between. After a quick little move across country & an unhealthy obsession with stalking fitness blogs, I decided I wanted to start my own blog. Call it a “blog” or call it a big fat dumpster of thoughts, both work.

​I started my “blog” to keep family & friends connected with my ever changing life. I chose the name Keeping Up With Emily​ because I imagine it’s quite the challenge to try and keep up with me. My life plans, diet & workouts change almost every day. As much as I would like this blog to be one of those cool fitness blogs, it’s more a place with I can ramble and put my thoughts in one place. I like to pretend I know what I’m talking about, so just go with it. Half of what I write is probably made up or wrong in some way or another while the other half is something that I’ll probably change my mind about tomorrow. (I’m kidding, what I write is real stuff! I think?)

Some days I’m serious and some days I’m pretty far from it.. Please don’t take anything I say on here too literally or you might end up hating me (or dying for that matter). ​
